Terms of Use

Last updated: 20 October 2026

These terms apply to the games made by RhinoByte Digital ("we", "us"), such as Wall Breaker, and to this website. By downloading or playing our games you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the games.

1. The games

Our games are free to download and play, and are paid for by ads. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play them on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The terms of the app store you got the game from (such as Google Play) also apply.

2. Virtual items

In-game coins, skins and other virtual items have no real-world value. They can't be exchanged for money, sold or transferred, and they're only a licence to use them in the game. Your progress is saved only on your device, so uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes it, and we can't restore it.

3. Ads

Our games show ads, including optional rewarded ads that give an in-game bonus. Ads are provided by third parties such as Google AdMob, and we're not responsible for what advertisers offer or for their websites. How ads use your data is explained in the game's privacy policy.

4. Fair play

Please don't cheat, hack, modify or reverse-engineer the games, interfere with their ads, or use them in any unlawful way. We may stop supporting a version of a game that has been tampered with.

5. Our content

The games, this website and their content (code, art, music, names and logos) belong to RhinoByte Digital or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Some art comes from third parties under open licences.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop offering a game or any feature of it at any time, for example to fix bugs, add content or keep up with the law. We'll try to keep the games running, but we can't promise they'll always be available or free of errors.

7. Liability

The games are provided "as is", without any warranty, to the extent the law allows. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost progress or virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law (for example for intent or gross negligence, or for death or injury), and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy and each game's own privacy policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, for example when we add a game or feature. The new version applies from the date at the top of this page. If you keep playing after that, you accept the new terms.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. If you're a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country, and can bring a claim in your local courts. Before going to court, please contact us first: most problems can be sorted out by email.
